Woman sets self on fire with two kids

RAJKOT: A mother of two poured kerosene over her and set self on fire on Monday noon in Jamnagar. Her two children also sustained critical burns. All were shifted to G G Hospital in Jamnagar where condition of all of them are said to be critical.
According to city B police inspector A P Jaedja, Narmada R Boricha, 28, was at her home in Bhimvas area of Navagam Dhed in Jamnagar. She poured kerosene and immolated herself. Her two children Jaydip, 3, and Aman, 1, were in the room and sustained injuries.
When neighbours came to know about the fire incident, they rushed to save the family. Emergency service 108 was called and all were shifted to G G Hospital.
Preliminary investigation reveals that Narmada was not mentally stable and it seems she took this extreme step during one of this attacks she use to get. Police are investigating the case.
